Car And SUV Collide, Seven Injured

An accident just east of 35 this morning resulted in injuries to at least seven people.

The accident occurred on the 900 block of Sylvania where a car and an SUV collided. The victims of the accident include two adults, three children, and two teenagers.

One of the children was rushed to Cook's Children Hospital where they are being treated for serious injuries. One of the teenagers was taken to John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth.

Ambulances also took two adults to the hospital but doctors have reported that their injuries were not life-threatening.

No one in the SUV was injured.

The exact cause of the accident is still under investigation.
